In the junior section, lifting in the 125kgs bodyweight class, Ricky Gates retained his title with an increased personal best total of 515kgs.
Doug D'Gama won the title for the third year running in the Masters one section (which is over-40s) with a 567.5kgs total.
In the senior section, Steve Gates improved on last year's second place, winning the 82.5kgs bodyweight class with a personal best 590kgs total.
The championships were held at Tyseley Health and Leisure Centre in Birmingham.
Club training takes place at the Letchworth Corner Sports Club, Whitethorn Lane, on Monday and Thursday evenings.
